JULY: TRANSITIONING PALETTES
This module will explore ways to adapt your cooking for people who are at the start of their journey of trying to increase their plant intake. We will explore mains and treats. Think fried cauliflower wings, pizza, lasagne and working with seitan.
AUGUST: HOLIDAY FOODS, CAMPING FOODS, CAR SNACKS
I have a young family and we have done over night hikes, road trips and holidays and have come up with some brilliant ideas and recipes. From baby teething rusks to dehydrated camping meals, this is a fun one you won't want to miss!
SEPTEMBER: FERMENTED FOODS
Fermented foods can be amazing for your body, but can sometimes be fiddly and time consuming. In this module I sort through the mass information and present you with my favourite take aways.
Think sauerkraut, kimchi and tempeh!
OCTOBER: PLANT-BASED CHEESES & MILKS
Yes there are some brilliant vegan cheeses but I have put together my favourite cheese recipes that are time efficient and delicious. While we are looking at dairy replacements, I will also show you how to make plant-based milks.
NOVEMBER: CHRISTMAS FOOD
Okay, let's show people how to have a tasty Christmas that doesn't leave us filling sick on the couch! I have some ideas of what I want to try out for Christmas this year. I will test them out and teach you my favourites.
DECEMBER: NEW YEAR RESET
Summer and the new year can be an inspiring time to take your health to the next level. A time to eat and feel clean. Think fresh, cleansing dishes, irresistible salads, juices, smoothies and health tips.
I will email you each month to let you know the new content is available but feel free to go at your own pace.
