Chocolate Crepes with Choc Sauce

Makes: 6 Total Time: 20 - 25 minutes


1 1/2 Cups Buckwheat Flour

1 1/2 Cups Chickpea Flour

3/4 Cup Cacao Powder

3 Cups Coconut Milk

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips Vegan

1/2 Cup Coconut Cream


- Whisk together dry ingredients.

- Slowly whisk in coconut milk (you don't have to add it all), until correct consistency is achieved.

- Cook crepes (about 125mL per serve) individually on a crepe pan over medium-high heat. About 2 minutes on first side, 1 minute on the second. You shouldn't need any oil if cooking with a non-stick pan.

While you are cooking crepes combine chocolate and coconut cream ion a small pot over low heat and cook until melted and mixed- stir regularly.

- Serve crepes with favourite fillings, grated apple, banana, coconut yoghurt, berries or nuts and finish with the chocolate sauce. Delicious!
