This recipe is just fabulous - packed with protein and free from sugar, oil, gluten and animal products so you don't need to feel guilty when reaching in for that second piece. This is a real crowd pleaser.

What do I need?
2 Cups of Soaked and Cooked Black Beans
1/2 Cup Tahini
1 Cup Date Syrup (1 Cup of dates cooked with 1/4 cup of water until completely softened)
3 Tablespoons Cacao
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Ground Chia
1/2 Cup Sugar-Free, Dairy Free Chocolate Buttons
What do I do?
1) Line a 22cmx22cm square tray and preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2) In a food processor blend combine all ingredients and process until thick and smooth (there will be some texture remaining from the black beans.
3) Scrape into prepared baking tray and cook for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy!
